An uneven weight distribution results in tyre imbalance and causes vibrations. Our specialists always perform static or dynamic balance, in order to improve the mileage through more even wear of the tread, to ensure greater comfort and to reduce the wear on all parts of the truck (drive axle, suspensions) by reducing the vibrations.

Professional repairs can significantly prolong the life of the damaged tire, thus making it fit for regeneration at a later stage. Based on certain safety requirements, our specialists determine if the tire may be subject to repair. The repair of the truck tires includes: identification of the damage, smoothing the affected area, application of a special material, vulcanization. Primex ensures that repaired truck tires are as resistant to pressures and temperature changes as the new tires.

The mileage of TBR tires can be increased by up to 20% when changing tire position of the respective coupled tires at the right time. Through this service we can guarantee more even tread wear to our customers, as well as facilitate the process of retreading and shredding of the tires, increasing safety through better traction and a shorter braking distance.
